Patel Medical Corporation believes that its providers are amongst the best medical doctors and the Primary Care Physicians. We believe that the social media are not good or knowledgeable to assess physician's qualifications and medical care goes beyond the here-says. We believed that patients could go to the Medical Board of California ( www.mbc.ca.gov ) web site for searching events regarding (some) physicians. Also, medical care is complex and the hospitals/IPAs/insurance companies have their own rules and agenda. Drs. Patel always strive for excellence in rendering medical care to achieve the highest level of quality of medical care, which is only possible with cooperation and compliance of each and every patient (and the insurance policies dictate the co-payment, deductible, co-insurance and patients must pay what is deemed to be their portion of payment and it is against the law not to charge them). We welcome patient's input to make things better for them but we cannot change the hospitals, any IPA, insurance companies we need to deal with and their shortcomings. Also, Dr. Patel noted that a physician, who was cited by the MBC for whom Dr. Dushyant Patel testified as an expert consultant for MBC, was given a 4.5 starts on one web site! Also, Yelp is noted to be poor in rendering facts as is the Healthgrades. Some insurance will post misleading information as their agenda may be different and some post inaccurate information. Case studies noted on our web site are educational and informative and an informed consumer is better equipped to know the difference between good physicians and others.
